换了一个tg号，但是并不想在重新搭建一遍，于是使用脚本中的修改bot配置，将原来的id换成了现在的id，重启bot之后仍无法在新的tg号中使用，请教如何配置多用户使用权限或者替换bot的使用者，感谢作者！

新TG號的ID，新TG機器人的token，兩個都得改吧

新增id，也需要对话确认！
