Battle plans

• Port YUI3’s Y.log to YUI2, including yahoo.js console logging and warn/error/etc usage
• Add a separate DateMath-only build target to the Calendar widget
• Cooke utility enhancements: remove cookie when last subcookie is removed and add config param to skip encoding
• Experimental RTL support, starting with CSS modules?
