As per discussion with Carolien, who is assigned. Related to #84 .

Embed message log and tester on SMS page on http://dev.chalobest.in/sms in a fifth column on right side, as per earlier designs.

Message tester should come on top, using only the "single message" box and "send" button as on:
http://sms.chalobest.in/httptester/444069/

Message log should show only message query and replies and not phone numbers as on:
http://sms.chalobest.in/messagelog/

I was wondering whether we can put this in a fly-out from the language list on top. The initial message textbox can be put in the page itself, the answer and other peoples queries can be visible from the flyout.
For admins/logged in people we can have something like the original RapidSMS page for mass testing, accessible from personal page (or if you happen to have the link or special link mentioned in footer).

For compatibility with smaller screens we need to avoid the sms tester to disappear below all languages / to push the instructional text down completely. Hence above idea.

Assigned to Sanjay for comments as per his feedback on chat:

"Would have to expose an API for this in the SMS app, and then read / output in the main app. So its not really 'embedding message tester' there, but creating a new feature a bit. Its a feature that would require the sms app to expose API with latest messages or so, without phone number details."
