Angular 15 and 16 Support

Angular is mid cycle at the moment, so Angular 15 has been out since November and Angular 16 comes out in approx ~2 months.

But this library only support 14.

All new Angular projects created since November would have been using A15, and as soon as they get to the part where they add this wrapper they will insta-fail.

Could this project be updated please and, if possible a commitment to keep up with the Angular release cadence?

In the development I'm in, we have this problem. We are using version 15.1.4 of Angular, and we only realized it when we were reviewing the examples in the chargebee-checkout-samples repository, and they didn't work.

Hii, Support for angular 15 released as part of v2.0.0 #142.

Support for angular 16 is under progress, will update this thread once we have a PR.
