Extern Instrument Panel for X-Plane 10 Flight Simulator

Is not a flight simulator, but an add-on
Displays an Instrument Panel on an extern device
Connects via local computer network to the computer running X-Plane Flight Simulator
Does NOT need a plugin installed in X-Plane, but uses X-Plane's own UDP network protocol
Is programmed in Python3 with PyQT4
