Same issue as reported on charmed-hpc/hpc-libs#25.

The standard naming convention for the prometheus exporters on Debian/Ubuntu systems is prometheus-<service>-exporter, however, in snapcraft.yaml we have the service name configured to be slurm-prometheus-exporter. We'll need to change this to prometheus-slurm-exporter to make the snap compatible with slurm_ops so that it can be a drop in replacement for the Slurm Debian package when the time comes.
