This release of
slurmutilsadds theacctgatherconfigeditor for managing acct_gather.conf files. This file is necessary for configuring profiling for Slurm, especially if you are not using Prometheus/Mimir, or you want to collect various metrics directly from Slurm.We also need to support managing acct_gather.conf in the Slurm charms if we want to be able to enable commands such as
sstat: charmed-hpc/slurm-charms#18
