我用的海康摄像头，传输协议改成tcp，服务端就会显示获取设备目录失败，udp是没有问题的。

这块我这边也发现了，海康摄像头nvr貌似用tcp时有协议兼容问题，udp下正常，先使用udp吧，我这边还不知道怎么处理这事，issue先开着，以后有机会看看。

另外MsgProtocol和StreamProtocol不是一回事，MsgProtocol是udp时,StreamProtocol也可以是tcp
