[Bug] Clouds of Eve, Laythe, and Jool are not scaled.

This is probably because the names of the cloud layers inside the patch file are not correct. As someone without KSP 2 codebase knowledge, I do not know what these should be instead.

Note: This issue is certainly NOT scale-value dependent.

I cannot seem to find the cloud layer for Duna, so not sure if it is incorrect or not.
