You can upload the Jupyter notebooks to Colab and let them run.
You need to uncomment the !pip install hexdump line, otherwise Colab couldn't install hexdump.

Which file causes the problem on Colab and what kind of message do you get?

The notebook had an outdate Tensorflow version. I upgraded all python libraries to the latest version.
