Create component for dynamic values to be injected into code blocks

Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

We want our scripts to be customizable to the user, and have them ready to go once they are copied over. Right now, a user would need to copy a code block, and then adjust variables in the script before it would work.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Create the functionality to allow a user to enter values and have those values injected dynamically into a code block. When the user goes to copy the code block, the entered values are copied as well. We currently have this functionality on https://chocolatey.org/install, however, it is very tied to that specific instance. We need to make this functionality more modular, and somehow allow any input variable to be entered in.

This functionality should be created within a modular component that can be reused in a simple way.
