Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Have too many trial customers running a choco upgrade all on their server and loosing the SSL config for Nexus because they didn't run the upgrade with the correct or any package parameters.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

People don't read the docs. Adding this doesn't allow them upgrade the core services without intentionally wanting to do so.

For what it's worth, the new version of the Nexus package will retain SSL configuration!

If that change is accepted, we might not need this.
