Description

Using react, implement the following UI layout:

Feature details

  • The page should be populated with the following React components:
    • projectList
    • actionsToolbar
    • newProjectModal
    • editProjectModal
    • confirmationPopover

Implementation notes

This page will use some of the same react components as #42 .
