Hi, I was following this tutorial until the prefiltering step using my own BUSCO output. The script create_sequence_files.py asks for single_copy_busco_sequences.tar file as input. However, that file is nowhere to be found in my BUSCO output files. Since it seems to contain way fewer sequences outlined in the txt file with the same name, I am confused as to how exactly this tar file was made and how to resolve this?
