Provides a way to build components independently from the actual build/content system and provides a running, documented style guide for the site, similar to #318

Investigate Storybook and Histoire and how each integrates with Vite/Astro

Moving this out of our MVP timeline as this is a nice to have and neither tool integrates well with Astro at the moment.
