When user switches from HS4 to SITC, the URL still reflects the HS4 year. #340

Use Case-
Open the link
http://atlas.cid.harvard.edu/explore/tree_map/export/cog/all/show/2012/?prod_class=hs4&details_treemap=2&disable_widgets=false&disable_search=false&node_size=none&queryActivated=true&highlight=

Now switch to SITC, the content of the page will change along with reflecting the default MAX year for SITC, but the URL will still have year 2012.

Now if you switch back to HS4, the year parameter in the URL changes to correct value 2010.
