Also I've tried everything to fix this bug: signing out, uninstalling it and re-downloading it.

+1 I have the same issue. I don't have the Dislike Skipper plugin either. When starting Cider, some songs are playable, then when trying to play specific songs nothing happens and then no more songs are playable. The songs that aren't playable are always the same ones.
