When Google translate is used to auto-translate the form using Edge or Chrome (probably Firefox as well) the page crashes.

A workaround until this is fixed is to turn off auto-translate for this site.

Error message: NotFoundError: Failed to execute 'insertBefore' on 'Node': The node before which the new node is to be inserted is not a child of this node.
