Summary

This PR also includes the 712 work on legacy contracts AND enshrining token receiver on MSCA v0.7.
note: this PR is on circlefin:entry-point-v0.6

Detail

Changeset

  • revert back to entry point v0.6
  • rework 712 on some contracts
  • enshrine token receiver on MSCA v0.7
