SMS reads:

Invalid address, undeliverable item returned to distribution center. https://bit.ly/48dR2qD?Cft=1tFUd8zHD0 Redelivery Information can be updated via link

bit.ly redirects to: https://service.royalomail.cc/5Sa7UK/ typosquat which only works on first GET to help obfuscate.

After asking for details there is a credit card steal page:
