Hi Scott,
Apologies, I missed a few links when we migrated from being a private repo to Cisco-open. The Grafana json files are now here:
https://github.com/cisco-open/jalapeno/tree/cleanup/install/infra/grafana

I expect they'll be merged into main in the next day or two.

PS, there are some hardcoded router name entries that you'll want to change. Example:
https://github.com/cisco-open/jalapeno/blob/cleanup/install/infra/grafana/ingress-mdt.json#L216

I haven't used those json files in a while. Hopefully that's the only gotcha.
