Gratuitous ARP broken in v3.06, works fine in v2.99

Hi,

Using Trex v3.06 with two ports connected to my DUT I can't see that any Gratuious ARP is sent from Trex port 0 to my DUT when sniffing traffic with tcpdump. On the second port on my DUT, I can see it receives a Gratuitous ARP from Trex port 1.

After downloading and testing with Trex v2.99 I can see my DUT receives Gratuitous ARP from both Trex ports.

I'm using Intel XL710 NIC.
