Implementare formular raportare pentru IGSU/SMURD.

Detalii legate de raportare
aici. E nevoie de acces pentru a accesa documentul.

După completarea formularului

informația este trimisă către API endpoint-ul corespunzător (TBD).
utilizatorul nu va mai primi o notificare pentru completarea raportului în ziua respectiva - relates to Alertă zilnică completare raport #4
