Riemann suggests you re-run make if it cannot import all kernels (related to Issue #10). This (as well as the try/catch) statement needs to be removed.

Maybe we should log which kernels are not able to be imported. We should also have test coverage for every Riemann solver so that if one was not building we could tell, maybe this could go into the Riemann repository though.
