GTT goes crazy when browser certain web sites with Google Chrome, on Ubuntu 22.04

100% reproducable:

1. open Chrome browser
2. browser some webpage with multiple svg animations
3. then GTT grows enormously

Interesting, but I'm not sure it's a bug in radeontop. It's a simple query, but the kernel seems to give wrong values (while giving correct values for VRAM at the same time).
