show the view for Internal communication with in the chip

I want to show all my elements as per my below images without using x and y coordinates for my elements.

1. Is there any auto layout functionality and how to implement it?
2. I want all my elements and links to move freely.
3. I don't want to overlap my links.
4. In the image I have mentioned 3 elements and a few ports only but in real time it can have any number of elements and ports.
