Can we force the app the always be in Climsoft mode? Also, in profile (/#/profile), can we hide 'Mode' and 'Locale'. Also, can we simplify the language choice to only "English" and "French". Behind the scences, this can still be 'en-GB' and 'fr-FR' but, for now, we should just show "English" or "French" to the user.

Also, we should remove 'Settings' from the user menu in the top right since this is empty.
