lora vs control-net

Hi all, I want to know the difference between lora and control-net. I think that logically, lora can do any thing that control-net can. I'm not sure if this is correct. the idea of lora is so good, and the most powerful thing is its result's size. can any one explain the difference between lora and control-net in detail? thanks very much
