Describe the solution you would like

Integrate the content from this repository https://github.com/cloudbees-oss/cbci-eks-dr-demo as new blueprint in this repository. Terraform all code and add it to this workflow.

We should not advertise the setup from that demo as appropriate for production installations, since it relies on a very old experimental Velero patch. Since Velero still does not support cross-AZ, much less cross-region, restores of EBS snapshots to my knowledge, it cannot be recommended. Also this plugin does not work at all for EFS, which is required for HA.
