What would you like to be added?

Support remote write to send resource metrics data from multiple clusters

Proposed by @hermaproditus, more discussion is welcome!

Why is this needed?

Since resource metrics data grows linearly across clusters, using a remote writer may provide better control over the metrics collected by the monitoring tool.
