As per recent PR's
clusterpedia-io/clusterpedia#551, clusterpedia-io/clusterpedia#560 and clusterpedia-io/clusterpedia#563

We need to update docs https://clusterpedia.io/docs/installation/ . Remove helm and write docs for Kustomize . These PR's should be enough to add the needed documentation

/cc @Iceber we can tag it a good first issue for new contributors .
We will also need to do the same for the Chinese(Simplified/Mandarin) Version as well
