XH 1.7: Indirect modification of overloaded element has no effect

When the plugin administration is accessed for the first time, multiple notices are shown in debug mode:

NOTICE: Indirect modification of overloaded element of XH\PluginConfig has no effect

This is because Quoteoftheday tries to read its config file again, what has no effect as of CMSimple_XH 1.7.0.
