Description of the bug

If you are gibbed your information gets removed, this includes information on medal recommendations, you will only be known as your role i.e. "BRAVO SPECIALIST"

What's the difference with what should have happened?

Gibbed marines should act as marines that die normally

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Direct hit a marine with an M5 RPG, gibbing them
2. Make a medal recommendation for the gibbed marine
3. Try to accept the medal recommendation
