Flag logic for term only appearing in full text is inconsistent #545

The flag for "this only appears in the title" is still a bit buggy (if you search with quotes for "art history" the function that checks the title only tries to search for the quotes as well. I can try to finagle that a bit too, though much more than this and we just need to redo the whole search using Elasticsearch 😅
