Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user
I want to be able to see data in my local format
so that I don't have to reformat the data in my head.

Describe the solution you'd like

In other countries, it might be desirable to show dates and numeric data in different formats. As such we should allow the user to configure this to their liking. In addition to the user-selected one, the option "Browser" should be available to follow the Browser announced format.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None

Additional context

These settings should be saved on a per-user basis inside the browser. We don't have an option to save this server side. The user should be made aware of this.
