Definition of done: The website uses the same vernacular as the larger Boston website (i.e. anti-displacement, the four Ps, residential, commercial, & cultural..etc).
Definition of done (updated): The city of Boston people have a chance to look around the site and verify that it's using the correct terminology and branding of the larger anti-dosplacement project.
Revised user story: As a city employee, I want to ensure that the "anti-displacement" project branding is consistently applied across all related communications, so that it is clear this initiative is part of a larger, multidisciplinary effort to address community stability and equity.
Revised definition of done: The project is complete when a branding compliance checklist is applied to all materials, including reports, presentations, and digital assets, and reviewed by the communications team of the City of Boston. At least Y user feedback sessions and a survey with X% of respondents recognizing the branding as part of the larger anti-displacement initiative will confirm its effectiveness. Additionally, the branding must be prominently featured on at least X cross-departmental deliverables to signify collaboration and alignment.
