Definition of done: Whatever interactive flow chart we create is surrounded by explanatory narrative and links to the core reports. Someone who is unfamiliar with this initiative is able to access additional existing resources and understands how documents and tools interact and does not believe this tool is existing in a vacuum.
Revised definition of done: We will perform user testing to check for the employee's comprehensive understanding of the relationships between tools, web pages and reports. This will be done using surveys and the user feedback will be systematically captured. During these user tests, we will create a comprehensive checklist containing all resources from the anti-displacement toolkit of the City of Boston, and enlist links and explanatory narratives for each resource alongside.
