Improve the copy on the carrots paragraph. Don't modify the source for the link though, that's a separate ticket (#14).

Besides the source we link out to, how can we improve the copy on this paragraph?

All right man, I will improve the content of the carrot paragraph - it is quite verbose, will try to make it more succinct and readable
