If you're able to get the scraper to successfully add information to a development site, please create add more documentation to the readme regarding things people show know to get up and running and any notes you think would be useful to add additional scraping features.

PR #121 refactors the scraper and updates documentation for running it locally.

Future work will include improving this documentation and documenting how to run the scraper in production.
