Fix Incorrect Content on Sandy Ridge Profile

Hope things are going well with the project! I was just looking at the Sandy Ridge profile here: https://durhamschoolnavigator.org/#/school/219/ and noticed that it incorrectly says we do not offer extended care. Both before and after school care is available here. Thanks!

Did you update the response in the profile? It looks right now. It also
seems that no one has completed the survey yet for Sandy Ridge, so it may
have been automatically populated incorrectly from the start.

Is the default for zoned and magnet schools that they DO provide before and
after care? I believe it should be.

I fixed it last night. Yes, I am pretty sure the default is that they do not offer before and after care. We need to go through all the schools that have not submitted their survey and fix their before and after care offerings.

That would make sense. The default for charters should be blank and should
be "yes" to before and after care for magnets and zoned schools.
