Release pipeline #40

The general idea is:

  1. CircleCI builds the development branch
  2. Development branch is merged into production
  3. CircleCI starts off a production job where it builds a container image
  4. Container image is uploaded to the docker registry
  5. ???
  6. Hyper.sh reloads the containers.
  7. Profit

I'm not sure how to trigger a reload automatically. What I might do instead is use something like cog to Slack channel a deploy.
