Hey, aside of lacking the C skills to properly maintain this library, I'm also currently ill and generally not a well functioning human - I have barely the mental capacity to maintain my own libraries.
I'd rather have someone else pick this up and distribute it in whichever way, e.g. here.

The main reason why I forked this repo in first place was to fix the Windows builds. Later I used it to test automating the builds, based on a repo by CMB, now php/setup-php-sdk. I think most of the issues have been fixed by now, but as you can see haven't updated the workflow for Windows yet. I'd be happy if someone could volunteer.
