Implement JetBrains Toolbox based IDE connections count

Problem Description

JetBrains Toolbox-based remote connections are set to be released soon. While Coder currently tracks JetBrains Gateway usage, we need to implement tracking specifically for Toolbox-based remote connections to provide deployment admins with valuable insights into their adoption and usage patterns.

Implementation Requirements

• Identify a unique method to track Toolbox-based remote connections.
• Integrate this tracking into the existing usage metrics of the IDE.

Initially, we can add the toolbox usage count to the existing JetBrain usage. Later, we can track it separately. This issue talks about the later stage.
