Unable to SSH with Coder Desktop running

With the new SSH Suffix changes and the latest Coder CLI. The ~/.ssh/config conflicts with the DNS resolution of Coder Desktop.

See the screenshot below where, with the Coder Desktop turned on, I should get an SSH connection, but instead, SSH is trying to use the CLI and failing to connect as I am logged out of the CLI.

As a workaround, I used coder config-ssh --hostname-suffix atif, and now I can ssh workspace.coder as the ~/.ssh/config no more conflicts.
