Add status to workspace list

Want to prioritize this @code-asher? Can we easily access workspace state and just copy the UX like you mentioned:

If there are multiple agents, we can just have the status light for each workspace show the least healthy agent.

Ah this is unfortunate, it does not look like I can do colors with the tree view API.

Looks like this is the best we can do unless we completely replace this with a webview. Still better than nothing though I think:
