          [Design] 메인페이지 레이아웃 조정

- 일부 컴포넌트 전환 시 메인페이지 화면에 스크롤바 생성되어 전체 레이아웃이 변동되는 문제 발생
- 이를 해결하기 위해 메인페이지 컴포넌트에 CSS 속성 추가
