Is it possible to somehow install this one on google colab, and use it there?

You should be able to do it in a similar manner to what is answered here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/52292645/2420354

Let me know if this does not work for you (please make sure to install tabnine and not what presented in the example).

I tried to do next thing based on your answer:

  1. Install tabnine in Colab as just in jupyter
  2. Activate tabnine as in answer.
    * It is activated with --py option, but doesn't work (I mean that there were no autocompletion)
    * It's not activated without the option
