Error fetching weather data for trips

From the user:

The app brings a red error bar up at the bottom saying

Unable to fetch data at this time. Please ensure your device is connected to the Internet and try again.

Tried it multiple times on WiFi and mobile, but the error is the same.

I worked out a rather clunky way around it, but it involves creating a species category of Blank, then adding that as a fake catch on the day, which then allows the data to be added automatically.

And

As requested, sending feedback from within the app.

As per emails, the app won't allow a fetch of weather details for a trip without first adding a catch record of some description.

Note that I can only reproduce this if Anglers' Log hasn't been given location permission. I've reached out to the user to see if this is their issue.

In the meantime, we should be prompting the user to grant permission in this case.
