Refactor RemoteDatabaseRequest to hold templateId as String #42

In the RemoteDatabaseRequestDTO, the "templateId" is passed as Srtring and passed to the new object from which only templateId is used.

Refactor RemoteDatabaseRequest to hold templateId as String.
Refactor all the uses of the old method. Improve the tests.
