Bullet points displaying incorrectly in windows 11

In windows 11, the bullet points are displayed incorrectly, in the "proceed with upgrades" dialog.

Pasting a bullet-point into the ps1 code does not work, neither does using a unicode (i.e. `u{2022}). This did work previously in Windows 10, but I can't say for sure this is a Win11 problem.
